The office is open from 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday, from 9am - 5pm on Saturdays, and from 12pm - 5pm on Sundays.

Our community is conveniently located 1.5 miles form Purdue University’s campus. In West Lafayette, at the corner of Yeager Road and Cumberland Avenue.

Peppermill is on the city bus route, which takes students to several locations on campus. Living at Peppermill, you’ll also be eligible for a “C” parking permit for more convenient parking on campus.

Peppermill offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes.
